Glen Research 5'-CE (ß-cyanoethyl) Phosphoramidites are designed for the production of 5'-5' or 3'-3' linkages, useful in antisense studies, or to synthesize oligonucleotide segments in the opposite sense from normal synthesis, for special applications. The acetyl-protected dC is compatible with all standard deprotection methods.
