Description
Tris-Borate-EDTA (TBE) buffer is a popular running buffer for various applications, including agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. This is often used for oligonucleotide purification and analysis. The formulation is provided at a concentration that can be diluted five-fold to give a ready-to-use (1X) 89 mM Tris Borate and 2.0 mM EDTA at pH 8.3.
