Diluent: Anhydrous Acetonitrile Add fresh diluent to product vial to recommended concentration and swirl vial occasionally over several minutes until product is completely dissolved. (Some oils may require between 5 and 10 minutes.) Use care to maintain anhydrous conditions. In case of transfer to alternate vial type, ensure recipient vial has been pre-dried. Coupling: 3 minute coupling time recommended.
Deprotection: Prior to cleavage, treat support with 10% diethylamine in acetonitrile for 5 minutes at room temperature and rinse with acetonitrile to remove the cyanoethyl protecting groups. Then deprotect using 30% ammonium hydroxide as required by nucleobases. (Note a minimum of 4 hours at room temperature, or approximately 30 minutes at 55°C, is required to remove the TFA protecting groups.)
Storage: Freezer storage, -10 to -30°C, dry
Stability in Solution: 1-2 days
